Okay, save this for your cheat days, but here is a healthier way to get your sweet fix but also sneak some fiber into it! This would also be a great treat for someone on a low sodium and low potassium diet. The recipe is simply:
1/4 cup Fiber One (original) bran cereal, ground into a powder (I used my Magic Bullet)
2 tbsp PB2
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp agave syrup
Mix the cereal and PB2 together, then add the coconut oil and agave syrup and stir until all combined. Pour into 6 mini cup molds. Place in freezer for 5 minutes before adding a chocolate chip on top. Continue freezing until solid, about an additional 10 minutes. Carefully pop the cups out of the mold and store in the freezer.
